Collection & Shipping

Collection

We are able to accept collection from our Cannock WS11 8XW warehouse for orders.

However you are unable to collect from your local dealership or any local pick up points at present.

Please wait for your confirmation email stating the part has arrived before travelling to store to collect your item.

Upon collection you’ll need to take the following with you:

  • A copy of your confirmation email on your phone or printed out
  • Valid photocard driving licence or passport with the same name as the order

If you don’t collect your order within 30 days, we’ll automatically issue a refund.

 

Delivery

We use a mixture of couriers depending on the size and weight of your item/s, your parcel will normally be sent on a 3-5 day service. However at peak times for couriers this may vary. 

Mainly we use Royal Mail, Whisl, Evri & DPD. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.

Local delivery

For customers local to Cannock Staffordshire we are offering a reduced price delivery service of £1 regardless of the size, weight or number of products ordered.

The items will be transported in our own delivery vans, and delivered between 9am and 5pm on normal working days. For proof of delivery we may require a signature or take a photo of the item once delivered. In cases of unsuccessful delivery we will return the item back to Partsworld WS11 8XW and contact you to rearrange a delivery slot. If we have repeated unsuccessful deliveries, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the item if we are unable to contact you to rearrange delivery.

 

Engine & Transmission Shipping & Handling

Delivery to a UK Mainland address is £75.00 + VAT per pallet.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey, and Guernsey may incur an additional surcharge. Please contact a sales representative for a delivery quote.

When your order arrives, please inspect the delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any visible damage must be noted on the BOL to allow a freight damage claim to be processed.

International Shipping

Partsworld Performance offers international shipping on all parts, engines, and transmissions. To receive a shipping quote, please contact us with your delivery address and a member of our team will provide the available pricing options.

All prices are listed in GBP, and invoices will reflect the actual purchase price. Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and may be collected directly by the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping is available for items that are currently in stock. We are happy to accommodate priority shipping requests within the UK and Europe.

If you require priority shipping, please call 01543 431941 to confirm that the item is in stock.

If you are placing an online order for an item that is currently backordered but would like priority shipping once it becomes available, please include a note with your order.
