Collection, Delivery & Returns Information

Collection

 

We are able to accept collection from our Cannock WS11 8XW warehouse for orders.

However you are unable to collect from your local dealership or any local pick up points at present.

 

Delivery

We use a mixture of couriers depending on the size and weight of your item/s, your parcel will normally be sent on a 2 day service. However at peak times for couriers this may vary. 

Mainly we use Royal Mail, Whisl, Evri & DPD. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. 

Returns Information

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form. 

You will then have a further 14 working days to return the goods back to us.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Parts that have specially ordered (for example left-hand drive products, keys, locks, VIN specific or some electrical parts) are non-returnable due to the nature of these parts.

All returned parts must include a copy of our returns label enclosed in the parcel.

 

We are unable to refund your original shipping fee or cover the cost of return shipping for items that are unwanted or have been ordered incorrectly without our advise.

Once we have received your item at our warehouse we will aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, however in exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 14 days. 

Please note that once your refund is processed by us it may take a further 3-4 working days for the funds to show in your account due to the lead time with most banks.

Engine & Transmission Shipping & Handling

£75.00 +vat per pallet delivery to a UK Mainland address.

Delivery costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey will incur a surcharge and a quote can be obtained by contacting a sale representative.

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt before signing the BOL (bill of lading). Any noticeable damage MUST be noted on the BOL for a freight damage claim. Please contact your sales representative immediately on 01543 431941 for further instructions.

International Shipping

Partsworld Performance offer international shipping for all parts, engines and transmissions. To receive a quote for shipping, simply contact us with your delivery address and a representative will get back to you with pricing options.

All pricing is in GBP and invoices will reflect actual purchase price. Orders entering other countries may be subject to collection of customs, duties and taxes which may be billed to you directly by the shipping company upon delivery.

 

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping is available on in-stock items and we will gladly accommodate priority shipping request for the UK and Europe. Please call 01543 431941 to check on in-stock status on an item which requires priority shipping. If priority shipping is desired for an online purchase of a specific item once that item is in-stock (if backordered), please make a note of that on your online order.
