We want you to be happy with your purchase, however in the rare occasion that you are not, we do require notification via email within 14 working days after delivery of your order. Once your return request has been received via our ‘contact us’ page, you will receive a confirmation email with our returns procedure. You will then have a further 14 working days to return the goods back to us. Please note electrical goods are non-returnable.
If you decide that you no longer wish to have the goods you purchased, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging along with a covering note for the reason why you are returning the item/s. If you choose to return your your item by post or courier you will need to cover the cost of this service.
Partsworld Performance provide you with a 12 month warranty on accessories purchased online. If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will (depending on the item) supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. For faulty items, we will examine them or we may have to return them to the manufacturer for examination. (refunds for faulty products can only be issued if notified within 24 hours from delivery otherwise a replacement part will have to be issued)
If your item arrives damaged please notify the driver immediately. Items damaged in transit or missing goods can only be claimed if the goods were signed for and noted to be faulty with the driver. When you sign for your items you are signing for them in good condition and will not be able to claim for damages if you have signed for the goods.
PROCEDURE / REFUNDS
To request a refund, please put your request in writing on our Contact page. We are unable to accept such a request by telephone. Once we have received your email, you shall receive an automated Returns/Exchange email including returns instructions. Please note that these email's may fall into junk/spam folders.
All items will be inspected once returned. We reserve the right to offer a partial or no refund if a returned order shows signs of damage, wear or mishandling resulting in a diminished value.
Once a refund is authorised, please allow up to 14 calendar days for the refund to be processed. Please then allow a further 2-3 working days for the funds to show in your account. For full details on our returns procedure please contact us.
UK Mainland Shipping and Handling
Orders are shipped using DPD, Parcelforce or TNT. Shipping charges are based on total number and weight of packages. All orders will require a signature upon delivery to insure against damage and fraud. If you notice any damage to package upon delivery, have the carrier make note of damage.
Engine & Transmission Shipping & Handling
£75.00 +vat per pallet delivery to a UK Mainland address.
Delivery costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey will incur a surcharge and a quote can be obtained by contacting a sale representative.
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt before signing the BOL (bill of lading). Any noticeable damage MUST be noted on the BOL for a freight damage claim. Please contact your sales representative immediately on 01543 431941 for further instructions.
Partsworld Performance offer international shipping for all parts, engines and transmissions. To receive a quote for shipping, simply contact us with your delivery address and a representative will get back to you with pricing options.
All pricing is in GBP and invoices will reflect actual purchase price. Orders entering other countries may be subject to collection of customs, duties and taxes which may be billed to you directly by the shipping company upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
On in-stock items, please allow for 1 to 5 days for delivery from the time order is completed and item is shipped from us. Actual delivery times may vary depending how the item is shipped (i.e. freight) and if the item shipped has to be transferred between various depots. Your delivery time will also increase if a no-stock order had been agreed to be shipped directly from the USA.
International delivery times vary depending on destination country and shipping method.
Priority shipping is available on in-stock items and we will gladly accommodate priority shipping request for the UK and Europe.
